Mechanism for Submission of Grievances

The college has established multiple ways through which a student can submit a grievance. They include grievance submission box, grievance submission form, a dedicated contact number, friendly and approachable staff in charge of committees functioning under the grievance redressal mechanism and an online portal to submit grievances. Below are the primary ways through which a student can submit the grievance.

1

Grievance Submission Box

In our commitment to fostering a transparent and student-centric environment our college has introduced a grievance submission box as an accessible and confidential avenue for students to communicate their concerns. This initiative aims to empower students, providing them with a straightforward and discreet means to submit complaints, suggestions, or feedback regarding various aspects of their college experience. Situated strategically within the campus premises, the grievance submission box is designed to encourage open communication and ensure that every student's voice is heard. This physical repository acts as a symbolic bridge between the student body and the administration, fostering a sense of trust and accountability within the college community.

2

Grievance Submission Form

The college has designed a dedicated grievance submission form for the students to express their concerns, complaints, or grievances. The forms have been made available in the college administrative office. This form helps the students to articulate their grievances comprehensively, providing essential details to facilitate prompt and effective resolution. The form also serves as a documented record of the grievance, which is crucial for both the student and the institution. Having a written record helps in tracking the progress of the grievance, maintaining transparency, and serves as evidence in case of any future disputes. By having such a formal channel for the students to submit grievances, the institution can address issues at an early stage, preventing them from escalating into larger problems. This proactive approach helps in maintaining a harmonious learning environment.

Online Grievance Submission Portal

The college has also incorporated an online grievance submission portal in the college website for submission of grievances. The online grievance submission portal offers students a seamless and user-friendly interface accessible from any device with an internet connection. This web-based platform eliminates geographical barriers, allowing students to submit their grievances at their convenience, thereby aligning with the dynamic and fast-paced nature of contemporary student life.

A part from these student friendly means, the college has also taken care to provide a dedicated phone number (9188663387), which is displayed in various campus locations, to register grievances and has also appointed teachers with a good track record of teacher- student relationship as members spearheading various committees functioning under the grievance redressal mechanism to further enhance the efficacy the system. The procedure for submitting grievances has also been detailed out in various information boards displayed throughout the campus to make the process easy and transparent.
