The College has a Sophisticated Analysis and Instrumentation Centre (SAIC) and Networking and Computational Facility supported by DST - FIST Programme. The major research instruments include UV-Visible Spectrophotometer (UV 2600 Shimadzu, with ISR- 2600 plus integrating sphere, specular reflectance), FTIR (Perkin Elmer Spectrum Two, with ATR), Fluorescence Spectrophotometer (Perkin Elmer LS 55), Electrochemical Workstation (Autolab 204N), Trinocular Microscope with Camera, Rotary Microtome with Blasé kit etc. We are extending this facility for colleges and research institution in our country. Presently these facilities are utilized by teachers, students, and research scholars of neighbouring colleges of both Kerala and MG University.
